Owned and run by the Mooney family, creators and owners of the famous Belle
Epoque restaurant
in Knutsford and the multi-award winning country dining pub the Duke of
Portland in Lach Dennis.
The George and Dragon will adhere to the same high standards of its sister
venues.
All the food will be made from scratch, nothing will be 'bought-in'. We use
the
finest local ingredients
sourced from local farms and artisan food suppliers. The menu will include
classic and creative, innovative dishes.
We will only serve 'real cask ales' no kegs or smooth-flow. We will always
have
at least four ales available.
The extensive wine list will offer at least 100 different wines from around
the
world, selected for their
outstanding taste and value.
